1. Nature of Contributions

All payments in Litecoin (LTC) to the addresses listed on litecoinfilms.org are voluntary, non-refundable donations to support the creation of a feature-length documentary about Litecoin (“the Project”).

2. No Expectation of Profit or Ownership

Donors receive no equity, profit-sharing, or financial return. Perks (name listing, merchandise, sponsor recognition) are thank-you gifts only and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services.

3. Use of Funds

• Funds will be used solely to produce the documentary.
• If the Project is not completed for any reason, 100% of received funds will be donated to the Litecoin Foundation (litecoin.org), a registered Singapore non-profit.

4. Perks Guarantee

Every donor will receive their promised perk (name on website, merchandise, sponsor placement, etc.) regardless of whether the documentary is ultimately produced.

5. No Refunds

All donations are final. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Project is operated on a best-effort basis. The organizers, their affiliates, and the Wyoming LLC accept no liability for delays, failure to complete the film, or changes in Litecoin’s market value.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
